Michael Cameron brings over 35 years of real estate, investment and practical business experience to his clients. Michael has served as Vice President at UBS Paine Webber. While at UBS, Michael also co-founded and served as Chief Operating Officer of NetWorth Services Inc., which reconciles cost basis information for IRS form Schedule D. NetWorth Services still exists today and their products have been used by the IRS, Edward Jones, KPMG, Morgan Stanley, and the largest clearing company on Wall Street (Depository Trust & Clearing Corp). 
 
As a real estate broker, he brings decades of experience investing in rehab, development, flip, and rental properties in California and Arizona. Michael has personally handled more than 300 million in real estate sales volume across more than 600 transactions for sellers, buyers and investors. He has been a top producing agent with Prudential, Keller Williams and Pacific Sotheby’s, as well as serving as the Managing Office Broker for an office of 400 agents and Director of Productivity for an office of 275 Agents in La Jolla, CA.
 
Michael Roth brings 30 years of business and entrepreneurial experience to Grandview Equity Partners.  He has owned and operated 3 successful businesses over the course of his 30 year career. Businesses include a successful marketing and sales agency receiving top accolades for its success in the industry, a highly rated custom granite manufacturing and tile installation business serving the high end residential and commercial market in the Austin TX metro area, as well as a successful eCommerce business.  Investor/Partner in Grandview Equity Partners
 
Experience as owner of Austin Stone Works provides valuable insight to rehabilitation and design in real estate.  Michael acted as general contractor with residential remodels often working with high level designers, architects, and notable celebrity clients.
With his experience in sales, construction, real estate, and knowledge of online marketing, Michael provides valuable knowledge and resource to Grandview Partners.  Additionally, Michael has been as an active investor in multiple real estate projects for the last decade.
